I forgot to mention and this is HUGE...Doctor Levine's office runs like clockwork. I walk in on time and the hygienist is ready for me right then. I've never waited more than a few minutes in this office and usually I don't wait at all. Love it!

I recently suffered a very painful necrotic tooth. Even on his day off, Dr. Levine took immediate action to help me. After careful examination the following morning, he determined I required a root canal. He and his staff made me as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Due to the complexity of the situation, he made immediate arrangements for a specialist to perform corrective action THAT SAME DAY in order to save the tooth. It was Dr. Levine's professionalism and the professionalism of his staff, which put me at total ease in difficult circumstances. I am forever grateful.

Pattie was superb as usual. I did not do well with the new digital junk in the mouth because it triggered my gag reflex on the right side because it hits my lower rear throat. I think that young new girl at the counter has definite promise and hope you keep her. I suggest you offer a solid contract with retirement benefits as a retention plan. Myself, having done the same, have retained my legal secretary Gail for over forty years. And now she is almost family to me!

Modern equipment, well trained staff, friendly people, and a doctor who is current in dentistry techniques, makes the dreaded vist not so bad. However, the last two visits have been marred by billing problems that were eventually resolved, but we're still annoying. I suggest that the office put some effort into making the billing system work as well as the dental practice.
